In our opinion there is no finer metal polish that the ubiquitous Autosol. It has been around since Stonehenge had a roof on it and has never been bettered - it simply does what it says on the tube! We still use it on our classic Kawasaki, applying to the aluminium parts as we have for decades with bits of old T shirt.
The only caveat is that it is a metal polish, NOT a chrome cleaner and plenty of chrome plating has ruined over the years by folks polishing chrome with metal polish. It is a fine abrasive and as chrome is only plated a few microns thick it can easily be removed leaving the thicker nickel plate showing it's more yellow finish.

I am very pleased with the compact wire strippers as they are nice and lightweight.
You can adjust a slider in the jaws so that all of your wires can be stripped to exactly they same length.

I hate changing tyres, but this stuff made the job much easier.
I broke the bead on the old tyre then applied the paste with a paint brush. Ten year old Bridgestone slid off easily and the new Heidenau, with very stiff sidewalls, was fitted much more easily than when I’d tried with washing-up liquid.
