We've been using RTD liquid for years. We don't have a suds pump on either the lathe or the milling machine and so use RTD instead. It seems expensive but it goes a long way and you will be enjoying its effects on metal cutting long after you've forgotten how much you paid for the bottle. We use it for hacksawing as well as all the more obvious applications
