Ralph wanted to use one of these electronic relays on his '76 Z900 special, but there was not a suitable bracket on the bike. He then designed one and made it on the 3D printer in strong and durable PET G plastic.
It then occurred to us that maybe Ralph isn't the only person who could use such a bracket, so we did a short production run.
The relay is necessarily a tight fit in the bracket so isn't the easiest to fit, but were it a loose fit there would be the danger of it falling off. If it is tricky to get in you could make a light chamfer on the end of the relay case with a file or emery board.
The mounting hole is 5mm. If you need a 6mm hole, as Ralph did, just open it up with a 6mm drill. If we made it a 6mm hole then using it with 5mm screws/bolts would not be ideal.
If you are buying a relay and this bracket and want us to fit the relay just drop us an email. If you want an M6 hole we can also open that up before posting.

from 613 reviewsReally good site. Easy to use and everything I needed. Also very helpful when I rang with a question.
Great items, great prices did the job exactly as I wanted
Quick delivery and did job fine.
Always supply exactly what I need, and I always get exactly what I wanted. My go to shop for bike bits
I am very pleased with the crimping tool as it is ideal for my diy requirements.
There are many more expensive types on the market but this fits my budget and works well, with good results.
I would recommend this tool as it works perfectly well and at a reasonable price.
Thanks to bikers tool box fot the fast service.
I am very pleased with the compact wire strippers as they are nice and lightweight.
You can adjust a slider in the jaws so that all of your wires can be stripped to exactly they same length.
I would recommend this tool as it seems good value for money and hopefully will last a while.
Thank you to bikers tool box for the rapid service.
Really quick delivery and a great addition when rebuilding bluespots.
Quality item, so much better than generic kit you can get on line. Repeat customer, says it all.
Fantastic done the job thank you
I hate changing tyres, but this stuff made the job much easier.
I broke the bead on the old tyre then applied the paste with a paint brush. Ten year old Bridgestone slid off easily and the new Heidenau, with very stiff sidewalls, was fitted much more easily than when I’d tried with washing-up liquid.
