This tool is used to hold the damper rod still in forks when dismantling, so that the bottom bolt can be undone. Once the bottom bolt, usually a cap screw, is released the fork stanchions can be removed from the bottom slider. This tools is commonly used on various KX, Z and KZ Kawasaki models. The back takes a 3/8" drive socket bar. The cone is from 10.5 - 17.8mm
