There are lots of digital calipers out there, mostly of very poor quality. The best we have come across is Japanese made Mitutoyo, but they are a mile away from cheap. This instrument from Laser Tools is excellent quality at a very reasonable price

Not used these yet, however, they appear to be good quality and also referenced from the Haynes Manual for the Ducati Scrambler 803 so I'm hopeful these will allow me to do the belt change with minimal issues.

I fitted this on Bikers Toolbox Advice to my 1967 Positive Earth Triumph that I was fitting with LED indicators, but i wired the flasher with L to Live from the battery as advised ( normally L is to indicator and B to battery). It worked a treat
