These connectors are widely used in the motorcycle industry with higher current applications. Used as wire to wire connector & wire to device connector. Terminal locking is secured by a secondary lock on the connector block housing. To fit the terminals you will need a non-insulated terminal crimp tool such as Laser Professional Ratchet Crimping Tool L1913
The more basic ones will work, but the ratchet tool is far nicer to use and well worth the extra few quid. These are available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 pin connectors with male and female connectors in the kit

Great quality item - compatible with OEM type connectors. Price is competitive and plugged straight in to separately purchased ignition switch so you have instant compatibility. The connectors metal contacts are steel (not brass) and did not seem flimsy item like others advertised elsewhere.
