How many times have you come to undo the oil filler on your Classic Kawasaki and it's just too tight to undo with your bare fingers? I have a fleet of classic Kawasakis and I have, many times, and the aluminum alloy cap is very vulnerable to damage. I tend to polish mine which makes them even more vulnerable to marking. So, when we bought our 3D printer, the first tool to be designed was a plastic tool to undo these fillers, without risking damage.
We have tested this tool on many big classic Kawasakis, Z650, Z900, Z1000 and even the beast of a Z1300. We have tried it on a ZRX1200R and a GPZ750R (Japanese version of the 900R) and whilst it's not a perfect fit them having a slightly fatter hand grip part, we found it still worked in real terms. It may well fit other bikes, but we can only test it on what we have here.
This tool is made from Polylactide (PLA) and is a BioPlastic made from renewable resources. It is even compostable when it is end of life.

from 380 reviewsPerfect as my aluminium ones were on their last legs
Good quality connector and terminals.
Perfect for a tidy wiring loom
Quality items delivered quickly.
Good crimps. Brilliant for joining wire and the shrink tube provided is a bonus. A used a crimping tool I already had and it worked fine
Great service, great items exactly as description 👍
Good quality and crimp well
The only way to work on Japanese bikes without knackering up the screw heads. Fit perfectly in to a hex adaptor or impact driver
Not used these yet, however, they appear to be good quality and also referenced from the Haynes Manual for the Ducati Scrambler 803 so I'm hopeful these will allow me to do the belt change with minimal issues.
Arrived quickly and does what it says on the tun. Thank you 😊
I fitted this on Bikers Toolbox Advice to my 1967 Positive Earth Triumph that I was fitting with LED indicators, but i wired the flasher with L to Live from the battery as advised ( normally L is to indicator and B to battery). It worked a treat
