6.3mm block connectors are widely used in the automotive industry. They are often found on motorcycles where a higher current will be used that a 2.8mm mini block connector could be overwhelmed by. They are frequently used on the alternator/dynamo circuits. To fit the terminals you will need a non-insulated terminal crimp tool such as . The more basic ones will work, but the ratchet tool is far nicer to use and well worth the extra few quid. Each pack has a male and female block and the requisite latched terminals. When fitting block using block connectors we recommend applying a small amount of ACF50 corrosion block grease or electrical silicone compound to the terminals before finally pushing them together to protect them from moisture, making the wiring far more reliable and longer lasting

from 622 reviewsGreat product and even better after sale from Ralph who called me just for a chat about tools and bikes
For connecting the Suzuki Katana wiring loom to the Gixxer switch gear that I need to get the old Kat back on the road!
Neat solution that leaves both items un-molested but fully functional.
Plus the usual fantastic service from Ralph!
…….. but didn’t need them!
Because by using the right crimp tool, the ones supplied with the connector blocks were enough.
Just the job for making the connections between my GSX1000 Katana wiring loom and the GSX-R switch gear I need to get it back on the on thr road
Very friendly and helpful First class service. Very good prices, fast shipping.thanks.
Dyna ignition to GSX Katana wiring harness.
Just the job to carry out a proper connection rather than the pre-insulated crimps supplied by Dyna.
Neat, tidy and secure.
They’re rubber grommets in a box. They look like Pontefract Cakes with a hole in the middle, but don’t eat them! Use them too protect cables or wiring going through an opening in a panel or an enclosure.
OK?
Bought to make up a harness with sleeving, did the job nicely
Really good site. Easy to use and everything I needed. Also very helpful when I rang with a question.
Great items, great prices did the job exactly as I wanted
Quick delivery and did job fine.
Always supply exactly what I need, and I always get exactly what I wanted. My go to shop for bike bits
I am very pleased with the crimping tool as it is ideal for my diy requirements.
There are many more expensive types on the market but this fits my budget and works well, with good results.
I would recommend this tool as it works perfectly well and at a reasonable price.
Thanks to bikers tool box fot the fast service.
