6.3mm block connectors are widely used in the automotive industry. They are often found on motorcycles where a higher current will be used that a 2.8mm mini block connector could be overwhelmed by. They are frequently used on the alternator/dynamo circuits. To fit the terminals you will need a non-insulated terminal crimp tool such as . The more basic ones will work, but the ratchet tool is far nicer to use and well worth the extra few quid. Each pack has a male and female block and the requisite latched terminals. When fitting block using block connectors we recommend applying a small amount of ACF50 corrosion block grease or electrical silicone compound to the terminals before finally pushing them together to protect them from moisture, making the wiring far more reliable and longer lasting

from 643 reviewsThis battery is a revelation and seemingly game changing battery technology. It is just so light! I initially thought it had nothing inside it, fitted it to my Guzzi and it cranked it over effortlessly, on a motorcycle any weight changing tech is obviously very welcome.
just what I needed at a good price and fast shipping.
Fsst post sensible prices , very good company to deal with
Full rewire on my 76 Kawasaki z900 A4 , this crimp tool was more than enough for the job , coupled with correct bullet and multiplug connectors from Bikers Tookbox gave a professional job and matches the original Japanese finish . Good enough tool for such a one off job , but handy for other projects.
Lighter than expected, really strong cranking power when compared to standard fitment
Fitted to my 1989 Honda CB450DX.
Seems to work fine.
Time will tell.
Had advice from Ralph previous to my purchase and was extremely happy with the wiring and the pricing, will recommend, and also use this company again, thank you.
Delighted with the case that the bits come in. Impressive quality which i expect to get years of service from! The item was very well packaged 📦 👌 👏
Look a lot beefier than the standard copper seals , will try them with my Delkevic 4:1 exhaust system
Really effective tool, easy to use and great email support from the Dsynch team. Could do with more documentation to aid in problem diagnosis and recommended settings/values. Great buy.
Ive been unable to buy these locally and to finally be able to get some is nice.
Thanks for shipping to Aus
