This is effectively a glass spark plug. Colour tune has been about for years and is a very simple, yet effective tool.
You replace the standard spark plug with colour tune and then start the engine. You can actually see the colour of the burn inside the combustion chamber. If the flame is very yellow then the fuel mixture is running rich. It's no substitute for a proper dyno run, but it is fabulous for diagnosis.

Quite a small strobe than I’m used to, but works very well. Light in weight and easy to handle.

As a fully qualified Motor Vehicle Engineer with 60 years experience I have always used Chemico Valve Grinding Paste to not only lap in valves in a cylinder head, but to also to lap in plain bushes to allow clearance for lubrication. I would not use or recommend anything else to carry out these tasks.
