We tested this stand for a magazine article and were suitably impressed. We used it with the 25watt iron above to rewire some Kawasaki Z900 handle bar switches. It basically does what it says on the packaging. It should decrease the small of burning flesh when soldering bike switches and keep the tip clean.

Great product and received earlier than expected
Bought for specific task which was gripping BSA A65 front wheel spindle while loosening nut with slogging spanner. Regular Mole wrench wouldn't grip but this worked perfectly - result! Now I have an excellent tool for future applications. Very pleased.
