This excellent, well made professional tool has a bracket that is clamped in a bench vice and is used to compress the main spring in modern forks so that the fork top can be unlocked from the damper rod. This tool makes fork servicing a one man job. We have bought one of these for our own workshops and are extremely impressed.

This was the one I needed for the stem locknuts on my 2012 Street Triple 675, and it worked perfectly, enabling the bearings to be pre-loaded and then tightened to operating torque. Well worth the money. Expert advice too from Biker's Toolbox team.
