This product is great for removing fork seals without damaging the soft and vulnerable aluminium alloy of the fork slider. If the fork is a bit crusty we would recommend allowing some ACF50 to soak in for a while, overnight ideally and if it's still reluctant to come out, to warm the fork slider up with a heat gun. The seal should then fly out and your leg will remain undamaged.
Please be aware that this tool is designed to safely remove fork seals. It is not made to deliver huge amounts of force to badly corroded components.
