In our opinion this is a nice tool at a budget price. There are a lots of truly nasty far eastern manufactured multi-tools out there in the market, most of which we wouldn't give house room to. Leatherman products are undeniably the top of the pile, but have a price tag that reflects the quality. The pliers/wire cutters are excellent. The knife blade only has a 'shop edge' so will want sharpening, but is fine once sharpened and will hold an edge. The mini-saw is sharp as anything but is a tad short. The LED 'torch' is a pointless gimmick and failed on our test product. If you want an LED light Laser make a truly outstanding pocket LED light. See Ralph's Star Tools! As with ALL multi tools the screwdriver bits are limited, but until you lose them they are OK. Overall, though, the quality of this tool really exceeds its price point and represents superb value for money.

A really decent measuring instrument. A good quality "feel' to it. Also a nice box to keep it in, stop it rattling around in your toolbox. Not just a cheap thin plastic wallet. I will be keeping and using this for a long time.
Strangely though, it has NO vernier scale, and so is not really a VERNIER caliper. Strange but true!
