This are great value wire locking pliers. All racers know that they're not allowed on a race track unless various fasteners on their bike are safety wire locked eg sump plug. If an engine spills it's fluids on a track it can be massively dangerous for everyone. Many folk that take part in track days should also wire lock fasteners on their bike. Tool is supplied with guide to wire locking. "I know to my cost what can happen: The oil filler plug came loose on my R6 going around Castle Combe and the clutch threw an enormous amount of oil out which went all over my back wheel and could have caused me to crash! The bike won't go onto the track again until it has safety wire locking fitted !" Ralph

Only had to use it twice, we get a lot of off-road tackle through the shop, but it does make a useful difference to a sometimes annoying little job.

Well made and right for the job
Great little set for the money. I'd already got a six-piece set of JIS screwdrivers and some individual ones but was loath to leave them at the bike-shop i work in so i bought these and am more than happy.
The set is doing everything i could ask of it and provides better access most of the time in tight-spots.
