4 Piece roller type stud extractor set. This type of stid extractor is usually our first port of call, because it is more gentle than the heavy duty extractor and less likely to mark the studs.

When you're trying to remove a waisted studs ie one where the plain section of the stud is smaller that the threaded, section it will not always grip the waisted section. If you use it on the threaded section it will probably destroy the threads. With such studs you can either try locking two nuts together or you will need to use the heavy duty extractor.

This set is suitable for 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm studs. The smaller sizes use a 3/8" drive driver and the larger two a 1/2" drive. All four can be used with a suitable sized spanner of socket also. Suitable for left and right hand threads
